Each type is a separate, optional choice. You can agree to one, both or neither, and you can still book a service either way.
3. How you join
You join only by giving your mobile number and ticking an unticked consent box on gripzonetire.ca: the marketing permission page or the offers sign-up. We record the date, time and exact wording you agreed to.
By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder of that mobile number or have the account holder's permission, and that you are at least 16 years old. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. How often
- Appointment alerts: message frequency varies with your bookings, usually 1 to 5 messages per appointment.
- Marketing offers: up to 4 messages per month.
We send texts between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, except urgent updates on a mobile or emergency repair you requested.
5. Stop & help
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You can also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. You will get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more texts from that program. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again on our website.

6. Costs
GripZone Tires does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Supported on major Canadian and U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can depend on coverage, your device and your carrier, and we can't guarantee every message arrives.
8. Privacy
We never sell or rent your phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If you keep receiving texts after a change, the updated terms apply. You can reply STOP at any time.
